My poor computer, it is just groaning under the weight of all the photos I have loaded on to it since we moved to Barbados, (I guess it is not really groaning under the weight, but stuffed full, just like after Thanksgiving dinner). When I go back through all the files, I see a lot of the same photos over and over again, but I still think they are all so beautiful, here is a selection of sunsets…
I don’t think I could ever decide on a favourite, what about you?

I think the last one is my favorite – the building outlined against the blazing sky. Gorgeous. There’s nothing like a Caribbean sunset. And in three short weeks, I’ll be enjoying them in person as we travel to the Dominican Republic for a wedding!

Gorgeous, each and every one, but if I HAD to choose it would be two or five. The second one would be the perfect cover shot for a travel agency, and the fifth one, I like the contrast of the sky against the pergola. I totally agree about sifting through photos of what seems to be the same plant, or whatever it might be! Tempted to delete some, but after closer examination there is always a defining quality that makes it special. Will send an email as I have some exciting news for you!

I am always deleting photos and regreting it after. Keep thinking about some kind of online photo storage.

Enjoy your hoiday Heather, I sure it will be nice to get away from the crazy weather this winter has been.

All are so pretty! I think I like the second and last one the best. I love sunsets! I know what you mean about the computer being stuffed. My own has thousands of photos that are near duplicates of each other. I promise myself I am going to get ruthless and erase most of them before the computer protests and crashes.

Since I am on the west coast, tons of sunsets. I shall have to get over to the east for a few sunrises!

The second one for me – I could be one of the folks in the water, which I assume is a pretty comfortable temperature.

Very, very comfortable!

Definitely hard to pick just one. I’m going through all the past year’s photos right now too and it’s hard to edit them down. Can’t imagine how many you must have taken being in such a beautiful place.

I hope that I will be able to look back at them in years to come, and remember where they were taken (other than Barbados of course).

Just imagine image #2 as a large canvas by Ron Bolt at Kilbourne Grove… the picture captures the magic of the sea and sky…my top favourite.

Wow, #2 seems to be the favourite. Ron Bolt would do an amazing job.

I would be hard pushed to pick a favourite. I often wonder if there is a limit to the photos we store in wordpress.

I ran out of ‘free’ room, could have bought more, but too cheap. Now I have used other spots like Picasa and Flickr for more free storage.

The best sunset is the live one, but these are lovely too. I took a look at the last post as well. Your house is so nice! I can easily see why you love it so!

Thanks Jennifer, I hope you will be able to visit it in person soon.

I’d take sunset number 5 as I’m a sucker for violet sunsets, I can feel the warm ocean breezes, sorta, here in frigid southern ON!

I love the violets as well. I shall send lots more warm weather your way.
